One of the hardest things for me about going on Weight Watchers was thinking I had to give up all of my favorite foods. I really didn’t understand what Weight Watchers was or the concept of eating whatever it is you love, and just counting the points. Once I was a full fledged member, I started learning about all of the wonderful, modified for Weight Watchers, recipes there were and I was in heaven. One of my favorite things to eat for breakfast is pancakes. This Weight Watchers Fluffy Pancakes Recipes is amazing – I hope you love it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup NF greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/3 cup + 2Tablespoons water
Instructions

Put all ingredients into mixer (wet ingredients first). Mix with whisk attachment until blended. Cook on griddle heated to medium. Makes 12 pancakes, 1 SP each!
