Air Fryer Mushrooms are easy, elegant, and full of garlicky flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms cleaned (and halved if large)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic butter melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Toss mushrooms with olive oil and soy sauce, season with pepper.

Place mushrooms in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket after 4 minutes.

Remove from the air fryer and place in a small bowl. Toss with garlic butter and parsley.

Serve warm.
Notes
No Garlic Butter? No Problem! Mix one small clove of garlic (if your clove is large, just use half unless you love a big kick of garlic) with 1/4 cup of salted butter and a pinch of parsley. Melt 1 tablespoon for this recipe and slather the rest on French bread or serve as steak butter on Air Fryer Steaks!
To wash mushrooms give them a quick rinse in a colander, gently brush off any dirt and pat them dry.
Don’t toss with the soy sauce until just before cooking.
For the best air fryer mushrooms, be sure to preheat the Air Fryer before cooking.
Avoid crowding the basket so they can get crispy all around. If cooking for a crowd, cook a couple of batches and then heat both for 1 minute or so before serving.
