Air Fryer Tilapia

This recipe offers a delightful combination of tender, flaky fish with a rich lemon butter sauce, all ready in just minutes. Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (4-6 ounces each)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Pat the tilapia fillets dry. Mix salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder, then rub over both sides of the fish.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • While the fish is cooking, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
  • Brush the lemon butter sauce over the cooked fillets and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Storing Leftovers: Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • Freezing: Can be frozen for up to two months.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the microwave or air fryer until warm and crispy.
