Blueberry crumbl

Ingredients:
  •  1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • -1/3 cup oats
  • -1 serving promix vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  •  1-2 tbsp water
Instruction :
  • Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together
Microwave for 1 minute
  •  In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a
  • crumble texture. Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute.
  •  I like to add a tbsp of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
  • Enjoy!
