Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- -1/3 cup oats
- -1 serving promix vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp water
Instruction :
- Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together
Microwave for 1 minute
- In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a
- crumble texture. Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute.
- I like to add a tbsp of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
